The 30-day free trial

Every subscription starts with 30 days free. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are never charged — one tap in the app, or email us.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re billed and decide within 30 days that Clean Pool isn’t for you, reply to your receipt email (or contact us) and we’ll issue a full refund — no forms, no questions. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.

After 30 days

Annual renewals are non-refundable once the 30-day window has passed, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — you keep access through the end of the paid year, and your data stays exportable.
