These terms cover your use of Clean Pool (the “app”) and this website. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
The subscription
Clean Pool is $10 per year after a 30-day free trial. Your card is not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, Paddle (our merchant of record) charges the annual fee unless you cancel first, and renews it yearly until you cancel. We email a reminder about 7 days before the first charge.
Cancelling & refunds
Cancel anytime — one tap in the app, or by contacting us. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. See our Refund Policy for the 30-day money-back guarantee after billing.
Water chemistry — important
Clean Pool’s recommendations are estimates to assist you, not professional advice. Pool chemistry depends on many factors we can’t see. Always add chemicals gradually, follow the product label and safety instructions, re-test before adding more, and consult a professional for water you’re unsure about. You are responsible for what you add to your pool. We are not liable for damage to pools, equipment, property, or health arising from use of the app.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own pool(s). Don’t attempt to break, overload, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, or access other users’ data.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but provide the app “as is,” without warranties, and may change or discontinue features. Your data remains exportable so you’re never locked in.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
